Due to unforeseen circumstances, I bought a condo in 2025, sold it, then bought another condo in 2026. I used Bridget Miller as my realtor for all three transactions. Based on my experience with her when I bought condo #1, I didn't hesitate to call her when I needed to sell that condo and buy another in the same area. I can't emphasis enough how competent and knowledgeable Bridget is regarding real estate transactions. Selling condo #1presented some issues prior to closing. Because I was in Florida at the time condo #1 sold, I had to lean on Bridget to do a lot of "hands on" tasks that I would have done if I had been in the area. She helped me immensely, and I trusted her judgement without reservation. Without Bridget's kind help and delightful sense of humor, I would have had to fly up north to take care of these issues myself. To say that she goes well beyond "the call of duty" is a huge understatement. Hire her now!

Bridget was awesome! Could not have made the process smoother for us. We have crazy hectic schedules and she was extremely flexible We also had very limited time to look at houses and she worked with our schedule. Bridget also provided us with reputable sources for handyman, was knowledgeable about what to look for when viewing houses, understands market trends/value, and was very organized.

I couldn’t be happier with the selling experience I had with Bridget Miller. From the initial meeting to list my home through the closing of the sale there wasn’t one issue. She explained everything and answered all my questions at every step. She recommended an attorney to represent me and they were exceptional. She informed me each time my house was being showed because I wasn’t living there. Once I had the offer, Bridget kept me informed of the progress. She communicated with the purchaser’s agent and the attorneys and passed those communications on to me. The sale was completed in less than 45 days. I've worked with many realtors in my life, but none compare to the fantastic service that Bridget Miller provided for my most recent purchase. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, and does it with good humor and great advice. She's professional, knowledgeable, and very prompt in responding to any inquiry. She gladly provided advice on tangential issues that were not directly related to the purchase, but helped me make decisions since I bought my condo in Wilson sight-unseen while I was in Florida! Bridget is amazing to work with! We’ve worked with her for two home purchases and the sale of our first home. I’ve been looking for a house for over 3 years now in this crazy market. I met Bridget at an open house and loved her energy and personality and knew I wanted her to be my relator. Bridget is ALWAYS available via text or call at any time during the day, not only from myself but also my parents. From scheduling showing as soon as possible to letting me know of new houses on the market Bridget was always quick to act. Fast forward to this year, where I needed to get into a house as soon as possible Bridget did everything she could to help find a house where I’ll be raising my baby boy. Bridget is an amazing person and an amazing realtor and her experience and knowledge showed in every house that we’ve looked at… which had to be at least 50 plus in the 3 years. Bridget is not just a realtor to my family anymore but a close friend who we can always count on. I will always recommend working with Bridget to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Bridget was absolutely amazing to work with! I’m definitely a person who is averse to typical sales people, but Bridget went the extra mile providing her expertise and skills, with a super friendly personality. Given the environment with low listings and lots of people looking, Bridget was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process as I saw over 75 homes over a 7 month period. As buying my first single family home, she knew what to look out for to ensure that I was making the right decision. Eventually, I found the perfect home and was able to close a few months later with a seamless experience. After closing, Bridget was able to sell my condo within less than a week of it being listed, getting me exactly what I was hoping. Although I don’t miss going to what felt like endless open houses and showings, I miss being able to chat with Bridget about weekend plans and vacations!

If there was a word to describe a roller coaster ride buyer, I would be that word. Bridget however handled all of my questions and changes with ease. Very professional and caring when supporting me with the biggest purchase I have made. There is no better person to have in your corner during this stressfull process. She is very organized and upfront with all communication and still checks in from time to time to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Bridget was an amazing partner in both our home buying (2015) and selling (2021) process in Buffalo. Over the years Bridget was so attentive and showed that she cared about us as people and not just clients. I always liked receiving her thoughtful cards in the mail over the years which is while we decided to work with her again this year when selling our home. I have not met a realtor so compassionate about her clients. Case in point a box was accidentally left by movers and Bridget picked up the box from the new home owner and made sure to have it sent to us at our new home.  I would recommend Bridget to anyone. Working with Bridget was amazing she's the best at was she does. This is our  2nd time working with her. Bridget  sold me my 1st home 9yrs ago and with out a doubt I wanted to work with her again.
